PR (Pastor Rick and Cindy Gering have been in full-time ministry for 34 years. They love the local church and believe it is still the hope of the world. PR has his Biblical studies degree from Moody Bible Institute and his masters in Christian leadership from Moody Theological Seminary. They have served churches in Kansas, Arkansas, Indiana and Tennessee. They have two adult daughters and seven grandchildren. They love the Smokies, the outdoors, traveling and exploring new places to eat. They've also started a nonprofit pastor's retreat center here in the Smokies. 

Corey and Skylar White have been in ministry together for 8 years, sharing a passion for helping every generation know and follow Jesus, through biblical truth, authentic worship, and meaningful relationships. As parents, they believe the local church should partner with families, invest intentionally in the next generation, and lead people into a life of worship that glorifies God. They enjoy spending time as a family at Disney World, and are grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside the Bethel Church family as they share the hope of the Gospel with their community.
